Aluminum
After consideration of factors such as formability, weldability, machining, corrosion resistance, heat treating, strength and application, we chose the most suitable aluminum grade carefully for our products to offer features of light-weight, high strength and durability with various shapes.
Steel
We use quality steel for long-term strength, cost efficiency, energy efficiency and flexibility, after proper in-house processing and coating, no rot, crack, or split will happen.
Plastics
The kinds of plastics we use in our product are many, such as polypropylene, polyethylene and ABS to allow more flexibility in our product design. We emphasize the strength of plastic parts to ensure safety.
Fabrics
Different fabrics are used to make the shopping bags, seats and backrest which offer a combination of additional function, aesthetic appeal and high-performance durability for our main products.
Stainless steel
As a result of its strength, resistance to corrosion and low maintenance, stainless steel is used especially for hygienic products.
Copper

Laser Cutting
Features of the laser cutting machine used in our production include flexibility, precision, automation, repeatability, and versatility—plus it's a lot quicker than traditional cutting.
CNC Bending
We utilize CNC bending machines that could finish multiple bending by one forming on purpose to reduce model or equipment replacing and keep product dimensions controllably stable.
CNC Profile Machining Centers
Two CNC Profile Machining centers are equipped in Genteel to finish the processes of milling, drilling, tapping, routing, and chamfering needed for various lengths of the profile of aluminum or steel, mainly applicable for the component in the patient lift or rollator with high precision.
Welding
We have robot CO2 welding and robot aluminum welding to meet various processing requirements.
Manufacturing Process
Punching
We have various kinds of punching machines that use hydraulic as well as pneumatic power to press shapes with enough force to shear the metal most cost-effectively.
CNC Metalworking Lathe
We use CNC metalworking lathe with different cutting tools to produce objects such as brass buttons, screws, and so on with high precision.
Tube Tapering
We use advanced tube tapering machines applicable to different tube diameters and thicknesses to achieve shape at good quality.
Welding
We have resistance welding, copper welding, argon arc welding and brazing to meet various processing requirements.
Painting
We could complete a liquid painting and powder coating in-house to make products made of steel, aluminum, and other metal materials in various colors with improved quality, longevity, and appearance.
Sewing
Components such as backrest, shopping bag, and small pouch could be sewed in-house by our skilled workers with high efficiency.
EVA Forming
EVA parts could be a brilliant addition on high-end products that fight against friction, abrasions, hot-cold, and moisture. We have an advanced EVA production line equipped with an engraving machine and EVA forming machine to support your project.
Assembly
First Article
We make the first article for inspection following the BOM, assembly operation instructions, and packaging operation instructions. Only after FQC approve the first article can we put it into mass production.
Assembly
We assemble products on our specially designed circular assembly line with the mode of complete product assembly according to the assembly SOP, which ensures that there will be no shortage of parts. Different from the traditional assembly conveyor, the parts on our specially designed circular assembly line will not collide with each other and will have fewer scratches to ensure the appearance and quality of the product is in a good state.
In-line Inspection
Each finished product will be inspected by FQC per SIP before packing.
Packing
Our workers will pack the products according to the packaging instructions. Once packed and stored on a pallet, OQC will conduct a random inspection before handing it over to the warehouse.
